Numbers you can check.

Every case study states the client's size, what they had in place before us, what we worked, and what happened. When a number is an estimate, we say so.

Typical ranges

What we usually see.

15 to 40%of patient balances recovered after the provider's own process has finished.
~33%of late-stage denials overturned when rebilled or appealed correctly.
2 weekstypical time from system access to go-live.

From Mantl Health client engagements. Your results depend on account age, specialty, and payer mix. We give you a written estimate from your own inventory before you commit.

The first year

When the money shows up.

Most clients ask two things before anything else: how soon, and how much. This is the usual shape of a placement, with an actual client as the worked example.

Weeks 1 to 2Setup, at no costInventory analysis, a written estimate, read-only access, and your approval of the approach. Nothing is placed yet and nothing is owed.
Month 1Coverage firstEvery account is checked for insurance that should have paid. Rebills and appeals go out before any patient hears from a Trusted Partner. First remit at month end.
Months 2 and 3Patients respondLetters and the account page are out. Payments, plans, and questions start arriving. The practice was at 10% of placed balances by day 60.
Month 6The cycle closesRecovery typically lands between 15 and 40% of what was placed. Accounts we could not resolve come back to you with a note on what was tried.

Placements continue month by month, so after the first cycle a steady monthly flow replaces this curve. Insurance recovery runs on payer appeal deadlines rather than this calendar; ask us for the timeline for your denials.

Your monthly report

The same numbers we look at, every month.

Our fee comes out of what we recover, so the report that shows our results is also our invoice. It arrives before the monthly review, as a page in your portal and as a spreadsheet, and we walk through it together.
